Select by the outside diameter of the hose

Measure the external diameter of the hose at the point where the clip is to be fitted. The measurement must fall within the clip's specified clamping range, without the clip straining or damaging the hose.

Type designations from B to X

The type letters are used to distinguish sizes and models, but the letter cannot be used alone. Always compare the specific clamping range in millimetres with the hose dimensions.

Fitting and reuse of nylon clips

The clips can be tightened using a suitable pair of pliers, such as water pump pliers. If a clip is to be reused, it must first be checked for deformation, cracks, wear or other damage. A damaged clip should be replaced.
