Aromatic varieties such as Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin
The selection includes, among others, Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, Pacific Gem, Rakau, Sticklebract and Wakatu. The varieties have different characteristics and can be used for both bittering and later additions depending on the recipe.
Select hop pellets by alpha acid and use
Use the alpha acid percentage of the specific product when calculating bitterness. The variety, quantity and addition time determine how much bitterness, flavour and aroma the hops contribute.
