Classic varieties such as Fuggles and East Kent Goldings
The selection includes, among others, Goldings, Challenger, East Kent Goldings, First Gold, Fuggles, Northdown and Target. The varieties have different characteristics and can be used for both bittering and later additions depending on the recipe.
Select leaf hops by alpha acid and usage
Use the alpha acid percentage of the specific product when calculating bitterness. The variety, quantity and addition time determine how much bitterness, flavour and aroma the hops contribute.
