Cleaning and disinfection are different stages in the maintenance of brewing equipment, tanks, hoses and kegs. Cleaning removes visible dirt and deposits, while disinfection is applied to already cleaned surfaces according to the product's instructions.

Choose cleaning product according to application

The cleaning agent must be chosen according to the task, the surface and the material to be cleaned. Check the product description and instructions for use before using the agent on, among other things, stainless steel, plastic, hoses, tanks or other equipment.

Follow dosage, contact time and instructions for use

Always follow the product information regarding dosage, temperature, contact time, personal protective equipment and any subsequent rinsing. Do not mix different cleaning or disinfecting agents unless the manufacturer's instructions expressly permit it.
