Choose by filler, bottle and connection
Check which counter-pressure filler you are using and choose accessories according to the bottle type. The range includes iTap clamp locks for champagne bottles, short-necked bottles and flip-top bottles, as well as silicone stoppers for various bottle necks.
Controlled pressure filling
The bottle is pressurised with CO₂, after which the beer is filled at a controlled counter-pressure. Correct temperature, pressure and procedure help to limit foaming and oxygen absorption. Always follow the instructions for the chosen counter-pressure filler.
Use only undamaged bottles suitable for the pressure, and depressurise the system before disconnecting hoses or couplings. For capping, oxygen-absorbing scavenger caps may be chosen if they fit the bottle and the capper.
