Clear Wort – fining agent for brewing

Clear wort is a technical processing aid based on Irish moss. It is added during the boil and helps to agglomerate particles and proteins so that they settle out more easily. This can result in a clearer wort and make it easier to leave the sediment behind in the brew kettle.

The product is easy to dose and formulated not to clump when added correctly.

Dosage and administration

• Dosage: 1 gram per kg of malt
• Add about 10 minutes before the end of cooking
• Distribute the product into the boiling wort while stirring
• Continue brewing and cooling as normal

Clear Wort is a processing aid and does not replace proper mashing, boiling, cooling and good brewing hygiene.

Store in a dry place and keep tightly closed.
