The product is a pre-mixed powder containing Clear Wort and Servomyces, measured for approximately 25 litres of wort. You therefore avoid having to weigh the two ingredients yourself.

Whirlfloc helps proteins and particles to clump together and settle out, while Servomyces provides yeast nutrition and micronutrients to the yeast.

How to use

Add the entire powder mixture approximately 10 minutes before the end of the boil, ensuring it is distributed throughout the wort. The mixture is measured as a single, complete dose and must not be divided.
