Whole coriander seeds for brewing beer

Coriander seeds provide a spicy and slightly citrusy aroma. They are used especially in Belgian-inspired beer styles such as witbier, but can also be used in other specialty beers and fermented drinks.

How to use

The seeds can be lightly crushed immediately before use to release the aroma. They are added according to the recipe, often towards the end of the boil. The quantity and steeping time depend on the beer style and the desired flavour intensity.
