How to use

Add the heather flower according to the recipe, for example late in the boil or during a controlled subsequent extraction. Late addition helps to preserve the floral aroma.

Lingflower can become prominent with a large amount or long contact time. Therefore, start cautiously, taste as you go, and adjust the amount according to batch size and desired intensity.
