Weyermann Bohemian Pilsner Malt has an EBC of 2.5-3.5 and is a pale malt, perfect for creating an authentic Bohemian Pilsner. This malt is made from the finest two-rowed summer barley and provides a light colour and a mild, sweet flavour with a slight grainy character. It also has high enzymatic activity, which helps break down starches and convert them into sugars, important for beer fermentation.
