SodaStream adapter for CO₂ regulator

The adaptor makes it possible to connect a 425 g SodaStream aluminium cylinder with a trapezoidal thread to a standard CO₂ regulator. It is a compact solution for carbonating beer, cider, kombucha and sparkling water, amongst other things.

Check the compatibility

• Fits 425 g aluminium cylinders with trapezoidal threads.
• Does not fit newer SodaStream click-on bottles.
• Check the thread type on the bottle before ordering.

Installation

Screw the SodaStream cylinder into the converter, and then connect your CO₂ regulator to the converter.

If the converter does not open for CO₂

The release lever can be adjusted in height if it does not activate the valve and therefore does not open the CO₂.

Use one 4 mm Allen key for the adjustment. If necessary, a Torx T25 used in an emergency.

Adjust the release pawl a little at a time, and then check whether the valve opens correctly.
