They can be used in specialty beers and other drinks where a warm, aromatic spice character is desired.<\/p>\n<p>Aniseed is not the same as star anise. The flavours are similar, but the ingredients come from different plants.<\/p>\n<h2>How to use<\/h2>\n<p>The seeds can be crushed easily immediately before use so that the aroma is released.
